William W. Stacy -- Vice President
Will Stacy is Vice President and is involved with new investment and development opportunities. Previously he was responsible for successfully marketing our projects Offices at Lake Pointe and Sugar Land Commerce Center. Prior to joining Simpkins Group, Will served as Assistant Vice President and was involved in joint venture and sale leasebacks for AmREIT, a publicly traded real estate investment trust. He also served as Marketing Director for Holt Lunsford Commercial where he was responsible for leasing an industrial portfolio consisting of more then 1.8 million square feet. Will received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Wofford College and his Master in Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A & M University.
