Robert E. Bryant, Jr. -- Executive Vice President
Robert E. Bryant, Jr. is Executive Vice President and is actively involved in all aspects of the firm’s activities, with a particular emphasis on the pursuit of new investment and development opportunities. Prior to joining Simpkins Group, Rob spent 13 years with Transwestern Commercial Services where his duties included the oversight of the Houston region’s development activities. He is actively involved in the local chapters of both NAIOP and SIOR. Rob received his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and his MBA from the University of Texas.
