Simpkins Group developed a 93,000 square foot office building leased to Invensys Process Systems. Located on an 8-acre site in Westway Park near the northeast corner of the Sam Houston Tollway and Clay Road, the new two-story facility is the regional headquarters for this U.K.-based global leader in the automation and controls industry.
