Simpkins Group has completed a new build-to-suit for John Crane, Inc., a global leader in the design and manufacture of mechanical seals and associated products for the oil and gas industry.  The 65,000 square foot facility is located on Fairmont Parkway in Bayport North Industrial Park, and represents a relocation and expansion from their previous building developed by Simpkins Group in 1990.
