Simpkins Group has secured a long-term lease with Thermo Process Systems, LP, a wholly owned subsidiary of Thermo Electron Corporation.  The Massachusetts-based provider of sophisticated systems for field measurement, process controls, and compliance instrumentation with a host of applications occupies a 146,000 square foot, two-story office building in Sugar Land Business Park, which was recently acquired by Simpkins Group.
